This health center was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. They took great care of my brother and me, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. We walked in without an appointment and were seen within 20 minutes. They even helped us apply for insurance, which was a huge help. Best of all, we were able to complete our lab work and pick up our prescriptions downstairs within 5–10 minutes, making the whole process very convenient. A special shoutout to Shalynn, the Hispanic staff member who assisted us (I apologize for not remembering her name), NCP Colleen, and NCP Kaeshaee for their outstanding care and professionalism. They are doing amazing work here, and I highly recommend this health center to anyone looking for quality care and exceptional customer service. Thank you all! 👏🏾

I come down here for the dentist, and Dr. Deena Sleiman is an excellent dentist. She is very personable and cares about her patients. She wants what is best for you and your health, not what you’re able to pay. They have financial assistance available, ie; payment plans or discounted rates if you qualify. I would highly recommend anyone needing or looking for an excellent dentist to call Old West End Community Health Center and schedule an appointment with Dr Sleiman. You will be so glad you did. I know I am!!! She gave me back a beautiful smile and confidence that goes farther than you could ever imagine.

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment my mother and I received at this pharmacy. Our experience was horrible and left us feeling upset and disrespected. One of the employees was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional while interacting with my mother, who has an accent. The employee’s attitude and behavior made us feel as though we were being racially profiled and treated differently because of the way my mother speaks. What made this experience even more concerning is that this was not the first time we have encountered this employee’s negative attitude. It appears to be a personal issue, as she has displayed the same rude and disrespectful behavior toward us on multiple occasions. No customer should have to repeatedly endure this type of treatment. Pharmacies should be places where all patients are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of their background or accent. Unfortunately, that was not the case during our visit. Management needs to address this employee’s behavior immediately and ensure staff are properly trained in providing respectful and non-discriminatory customer service. Because of these repeated experiences, I will not be returnin

Hands down the best staff for your Medical , Dental needs,, called in the morning and they got me in same day at an affordable fee,,, Absolutely total professionals,, the guy on the phone was one of the nicest person I’ve ever talked to,, they saved me big money for my denture issue,,, The Best people I’ve ever dealt with in a dental office.. Thx so much.

They don’t do walk-ins more like walk in and wait a hour and a half to be seen, also the ladies at the desk love to lie about availability, they tell you to wait 10 more minutes, then another, then another… The doctors love to go at lunch all at the same time so nobody can be seen at all! Good luck even trying to call them because you'll have to call back four times before anyone picks up the phone ✨ and when you finally come in you get to hear the laughs of all the nurses, loud music, a loud tv, and bright florescence lights beaming down on you while you’re waiting to be seen!
